Project Delivery

Project Management

QPT Services utilises best practical practice systems to plan, implement, and measure the performance of all projects. A specific project plan establishes the unique outcomes sought from the project management systems and approach for each new project.
The project management processes are designed to ensure effective cost control, schedule, scope and best practice performance management and reporting. The systems are based on the PMI’s PMBoK Guide and incorporate the principles of Earned Value Performance Management. The Project Managers are selected based on their experience, skillset, and knowledge of the project scope.

Design and Engineering

Projects require a progressive design approach due to their unique nature and tendency to evolve, particularly during the early stages of the project lifecycle.
Our dedicated engineering team works cohesively with the project management team throughout the project to ensure the quality of installation and functionality. On completion, communication with the commissioning team allows valuable system operational feedback to strengthen the foundations of our design processes and ensure accurate results.

Installation and Commissioning

QPT Services provides comprehensive installation services using a large team of in-house trades personnel. As our project teams comprise of in-house personnel, communication between the installation teams are assured, resulting in more collaborative and cohesive site works. Combining the electrical and mechanical packages for project delivery provides the client with the ease of one responsible party and proven experience with quality secured.
